Dave Dressler
NSS Director of Information Systems
Dave Dressler has been a member of National Space Society since 1991. Dave volunteered to support the International Space Development Conference in 2006, leading the tour group to Mojave Space Port and providing production support to ISDC ever since. In 2013, Dave chaired ISDC2013 in San Diego, CA. Other ISDC duties:
- Programming
- Main Stage Management
- IT Operations setup and support
- Speaker Liason
- Transportation, Promotions and all tasks as needed
In 2021, Dave accepted the role of Director, Information Sytems. Dave has been working in technology since the early 1980s, starting as a mainframe computer operator in Milwaukee, WI. Dave Moved to San Diego, California in 1987 and progressed through ever increasing responsibilities in technology.

In 2021, Dave’s interest in space development and technology merged into the current role at NSS Director, Information Systems. Dave continues to support ISDC as he developes technology for NSS. Dave manages a team of experts and supports all nss.org websites, including the site you are on now.
Founding Director and program manager for San Diego Space Society (2007-2014) an NSS Chapter. Organized events for SD Space such as the San Diego Science Festival, SpaceUp, Yuri’s Night and Sally Ride Science.
